What this is

FPL GafferBoard is a small tool that helps a private Fantasy Premier League group track a Manager of the Month style competition. It pulls publicly available data from Fantasy Premier League's own systems and presents it as a leaderboard. It is not run by, endorsed by, or affiliated with the Premier League, Fantasy Premier League, or any of their related companies. By using this app, you agree to the terms below.

The leagues, and who runs them

Each league on this app is created and managed by its own admin - a private individual, not the person who operates this app. That admin decides who can join, how the competition is structured, whether anything is at stake, and how any prize, payment, or disagreement between participants gets resolved.

This app is only a tool an admin uses to track and display scores. It has no role in, and no responsibility for, how a league is actually run, what its participants agree to among themselves, or the outcome of any competition. Any disagreement about results, prizes, or league rules is between that league's admin and its participants, not with this app or whoever operates it.

Scores depend on Fantasy Premier League's own data

Every score shown here is calculated from data pulled from Fantasy Premier League's own public systems. FPL can change how that data is structured, delay it, or make it incomplete or unavailable at any time and without notice, and this app has no control over that.

Reasonable care is taken to calculate scores correctly based on whatever data FPL is actually returning at the time, but this app is provided with no guarantee that scores, ranks, or totals are accurate, complete, or current at any given moment. If a change on FPL's side causes a miscalculation, delay, or outage before it's noticed and fixed, the operator of this app is not responsible for the result.

No warranty

This app is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranties of any kind, express or implied - including no warranty of accuracy, reliability, availability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Using it, and any decision made based on what it shows, is at your own risk.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator of this app is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs of any kind arising from your use of it - including miscalculated or delayed scores, downtime or unavailability, any prize or payment arrangement between a league's participants, or any dispute about a competition's outcome. This applies no matter how the claim is framed, even if the operator was told such damages were possible.

You agree to cover the operator's back

By using this app - and especially by creating or administering a league on it - you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of this app from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the app, your management of a league (including any prize, payment, or competition outcome you're responsible for), or your violation of these terms.

If you run a league

You're responsible for how it's run - who takes part, what the rules are, and how any prize or payment is handled. This app only tracks and displays scores based on FPL's data; it does not manage money, verify anyone's identity, or enforce a league's rules on your behalf.

Subscriptions, billing, and cancellation

A new league gets one Gameweek free. After that, keeping a league active requires either a Monthly subscription or a one-time Season Pass payment, at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you sign up. Prices may change for future billing periods; any change is shown before it takes effect for you.

Payments are processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We don't receive or store your card details ourselves - Stripe handles that directly, under its own terms and privacy policy.

A Monthly subscription renews automatically for each new billing period until it's cancelled. You can cancel at any time - either yourself, through the "Manage Subscription" link in your admin dashboard (which opens your own account portal on Stripe's site), or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewal, and access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for. There are no cancellation fees. A Season Pass is a one-time payment covering the rest of the season it was purchased in - it doesn't renew and there's nothing to cancel.

Fees already paid are non-refundable, with no exceptions. If a billing error results in an incorrect charge - for example, being charged twice for the same period - contact us and we'll correct it.

If a subscription lapses (a payment fails, or it's cancelled), that league's admin access is paused - the data isn't deleted, and access resumes if the subscription is brought current or a new payment is made. We may also suspend or terminate access for a league that violates these terms.

Changes

These terms, and the app itself, may change over time. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms. Check back occasionally.

Questions about a specific league - who's running it, what's at stake, how a result was decided - should go to whoever invited you to it. For anything else about this app, contact whoever operates it.
